One of the main UX challenges for Syanko Rolls was creating a complete digital experience from scratch without an existing design system or brand framework. The project required defining a consistent visual identity, user flow, and interface structure while understanding Kathmandu’s mobile-first food delivery audience. Another challenge was balancing vibrant visuals with usability by simplifying navigation, menu browsing, and overall interaction flow while keeping the design scalable for future growth.
