You will work closely with our marketing and creative team to execute impactful campaigns and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars based on marketing funnels, trends, and feature campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor tracking to identify opportunities and user pain points.
  • Create and implement effective content strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging visual content.
  • Lead influencer marketing efforts including research, outreach, partnerships, and ROI tracking.
  • Drive community growth and engagement through posts, stories, giveaways, and active audience interaction.
  • Prepare business proposals and social media strategies for clients.
  • Maintain strong communication and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and supervise social media executives/creators for smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or digital product.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Excel, and other social media tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Up-to-date with digital trends, audience behavior, and engagement best practices.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
