We are currently looking for a Marketing & Business Coordinator who will support our leadership team in marketing activities, client communication, and business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client inquiries and calls.
- Coordinate meetings and communication with clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Write and manage marketing content for social media and digital platforms.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with basic HR coordination and internal communication.
- Help manage documentation and day-to-day office coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Basic understanding of marketing and digital media.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple team members.
- Basic knowledge of content writing or marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
