We are currently looking for a Marketing & Business Coordinator who will support our leadership team in marketing activities, client communication, and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming client inquiries and calls.
  • Coordinate meetings and communication with clients.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Write and manage marketing content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with basic HR coordination and internal communication.
  • Help manage documentation and day-to-day office coordination.
Required Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and digital media.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple team members.
  • Basic knowledge of content writing or marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
